Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may cancel the contract or return your item(s) under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, within 7 working days from the date you received it for an exchange or refund. Please note that bespoke or semi-bespoke products are excluded from this policy. For this reason we ask you to approve a digital proof of the bespoke layout and design ahead of the printing process. If you are unsure, or have any questions, please contact us on email@example.com before you place your order.
We will refund your money within 10 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. However the following points must be observed:
- Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging if possible. Please ensure that the product is well packed so it does not get damaged on its return journey.
- Items are to be returned at your expense unless the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you received it.
- All products are checked on return to our warehouse. In the event of the product being used or an accessory is missing, a full refund will not be processed.
What if my product arrives damaged?

Ship your item back to Us
Before you ship anything back to us, please contact us first with your concerns at email@example.com. Please include photos for any damaged or broken items, including the damaged packaging.
